Lean Startup Machine Comes to Riyadh for the First Time

Lean Startup Machine is coming to the Arab region for the first time on February 5th to 7th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The biggest risk in starting a business is the inability to find paying customers. Lean Startup Machine (LSM) is a three-day workshop that teaches entrepreneurs and inventors how to build a product or service customers actually want to buy, and run the right experiments and methods to steer their business in the right direction, pivoting if necessary.

The philosophy is based on the Lean Startup methodology as it started becoming popular in Silicon Valley years ago by Eric Ries founder of IMVU, and serial-entrepreneur Steve Blank, recognized for developing the Customer Development methodology, which launched the Lean Startup movement.

“Fail Fast. Succeed Faster.” is the slogan of Lean Startup Machine because it helps the entrepreneurs and inventors to stop wasting their time and money working on a business model that doesn’t work, to evolve more in 3 days than most others do in 6 months!

The core of this philosophy is to get the product out to the customer as quickly as possible, and to watch different impulses, reactions, and responses to learn what will actually drive customers to buy from your company, and what obviously won’t sell even if it’s worked on for a whole year.

It is worth mentioning that the event is organized by a startup company which is called (Ra’at). LSM is an immersive, 48-hour educational experience, NOT a conference and NOT a hackathon.
