Each candidate completes a video interview which is analysed by our AI. We deploy 4 machine learning algorithms to analyse: 1. Tone of voice, 2. Micro Facial Expressions 3. Vocabulary 4. Body language The technology uses these 4 signals to predict candidate personality, cultural values, working styles, communication styles, learning agility, leadership styles, thinking styles, emotional life and more. We match each candidate back to the employer's brief and calculate a suggested shortlist based on what the candidate does, how they bahave and what they believe. Since launching in March/April 2018, we have successfully placed 21 candidates into full-time roles and signed agreements with multiple global companies.
