Rana’s practice focuses on Commercial and Corporate Law, Arbitration and Mediation, Intellectual Property and Information Technologies Law. She advises companies on all aspects of doing business in Lebanon and the Middle East, in relation to IP/IT matters in particular. She is also an accredited CEDR mediator and has been a member of the Beirut Bar since 2007. Rana graduated from Universite Saint Joseph with a JD in French and Lebanese law, Paris 2 Assas with a Master in Multimedia and Information Technology Law and Kings’ College London with a LLM- Intellectual Property and International Commercial Arbitration.
