Moktar oversees Alfan’s efforts to help brands utilize social influencers to execute digital advertising campaigns and to increase transparency in the influencer marketing business. Previously he founded 2 Startups, headed TF1’s Digital Advertising Innovation (#1 French TV) and also served as Head of Mobile Music at SFR/Vodafone France.
