Emad has more than 20 years of experience in banking, finance and private equity. Prior to CVentures, he led deal structuring and execution for CIB’s Direct Investment Group. During his 12-year tenure in Private Equity, Emad successfully completed more than 30 private equity transactions with combined valuations in excess of US$500 Million, and managed portfolios in a wide range of financial and non-financial industries. Additionally, he has represented CIB on a number of portfolio company Boards and Executive Committees throughout his career.
