Duha’s main responsibility is to lead the technological aspects of digital transformation of AAW, stimulating the adoption of digital within all business processes. She helped implement mobile applications for all field workers, improving the customer service significantly which led to a clear business growth. Duha also provides consultancy and sits as a focal point between the Business and ICT departments to establish and maintain service level agreements with pre-defined KPIs to monitor and measure technology adoption within the business.
