Desiree El Chebeir focuses on Digital Business Transformations, Agile practices and Data Driven Product Management across Retail and e-commerce, FinTech and Government. Before joining McKinsey, she co-founded a fintech start-up in Mexico City. Prior to that, she spent four years at the Amazon headquarters in Seattle leading a $1Bn+ International Expansion for the company. Desiree also headed Cisco’s Lebanon Creative Cluster, as well as Harvard’s (Michael Porter’s) regional AllWorldNetwork. She spent 7 years with IBM in Silicon Valley and Germany, starting out as a Software Engineer and later holding technical consulting and leadership roles.
