Bader is the CEO of the Numo Cultural Fund (NCF) of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture. Before that, he was the CEO of the General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM), where he assumed responsibility for the re-launching of cinemas in Saudi Arabia from operational, governance, and development efforts.
Before moving to the public sector, he was the Managing Director of Endeavor Saudi Arabia, a non-profit organization that supports global high-impact entrepreneurship. Also, he curated and led the SME development and debt financing division at the Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (WA’ED), where he worked directly with more than 200 startups companies in their business development stage, performed their due diligence and deal evaluation and approval while improving the same portfolio.
His passion intersects where the challenge requires transformation and development efforts that address organizational challenges regarding strategy, TMT, and technology adaptation.
Bader holds a bachelors degree in Geophysics from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and MBA from the London Business School.
