An Insead alumna, Shaima was one of the founding staff members, and the first female to work at the Misk Foundation from its launch in 2011. Shaima has led Misk Global Forum (MGF) since its inception in 2016, as it has evolved from a single annual event into 365 days-a-year global youth-centric platform. MGF brings young leaders, creators and thinkers together with established global innovators to explore and experiment with ways to meet the challenge of change.
