Rami specializes in complex corporate and financial structures. He holds two LLMs in corporate law and financial services law respectively from the New York University School of Law. He pursued a bachelor in business administration from the American University of Beirut. He is admitted to the New York Bar Association and the Beirut Bar Association. Prior to joining Ororus Advisors, Rami worked with major law firms in New York amongst which Cadwalader Wickersham and Taft LLP.
