Patrick has worked on a wide array of transactions in over 40 countries, from venture capital financings and private equity deals to franchising and IP-related matters. Acting as director and advisor to a number of high growth companies, he also serves as a Venture Corps Mentor with the Endeavor organisation, a global non-profit organisation aiming to catalyse economic growth in emerging countries.
