She started a voluntary group to support Saudi female startups in 2015 with 17 members in Riyadh.Today more than 450 benefit from this group which had become as an incubator & accelerator with the  name of “Rawd Entrepreneurs  Community”. In July 2018, Noura Has become Board Chairwomen of Business Professionals Co. that runs different models of shared services, AllureHub is considered one of there first Brands. Today, as passionate as ever, Noura is still developing more programs to support startups by providing the best environment, mentorship , support services and Global Community.
