Design the Best Digital Marketing Campaign & Win $5000
The Creative Combat aims to highlight young talents in the regional advertising, communications and media industries. The competition challenges teams of 2-3 to come up with a plan for an effective digital marketing campaign that addresses a specific creative brief in just 10 days. All teams must include at least one designer and other members who could be a copywriter, developer, digital strategist or marketing professional. Finalists will be invited to showcase their campaign plans at Arabnet Beirut on June 13, and a winning team will be awarded $5000.

The competition is open to students and professionals, freelancing or employed, in advertising, media or communications
Judges
One winning team will be selected live by the judges and will be awarded $5,000 at the closing ceremony on the 13th of June.

- Receive 1 free pass per team member for the full event which offers a wealth of networking and learning opportunities
- Present their campaign plans live at the event and are recognized by experts in their field and top-level media

Round 1: The Application
Teams interested in competing in the Creative Combat should apply using the form below. Three finalist teams will be shortlisted to compete based on their teams and campaign.
The application involves each team submitting its members’ resumes. Teams also have the option of submitting their portfolios and/or a 30-second video explaining why they should be chosen to compete and demonstrating their creativity and communication skills.

Round 2: Developing the Campaign Plan
The creative brief will be announced on May 23rd to all applicants and will be given 10 days to craft their plans for a digital campaign with designed elements.
Here are some examples of deliverables for your campaign plan:
A plan and design for a banner ad campaign
A promotional plan using social media platforms with visuals
A storyboard for an online video
A plan and designs for an email campaign
A plan and designs for a microsite, etc...
Based on their campaign plans, three teams will be selected to present on stage at Arabnet Beirut. Two runners-up will also be chosen and will continue to train in the event that any of the 3 finalist teams forfeit or are disqualified.

Round 3: The On-Stage Pitch
June 13 is the big day! The finalists will pitch their campaign plans at ArabNet Beirut before the panel of judges and conference attendees. Each team will get 5 minutes to present, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
One winning team will be selected live by the judges and will be awarded $5,000 at the closing ceremony on the 13th of June.
