Arabnet is coming to Kuwait for the third time on October 8-9, with its flagship event! In its third edition, the Arabnet Kuwait conference aims to set the ground for digital business in Kuwait and the region, drawing in over 1000 attendees from across the world, eager to connect, network and learn. High-profile international and regional industry leaders will participate in the Forum Track, which includes 16 panels and talks geared towards the future of digital in the region. Arabnet Kuwait also serves as a platform for budding entrepreneurs wishing to present their ideas and startups through Arabnet’s competitions: Ideathon and StartUp Battle as part of the Championship.

The ArabNet Kuwait 2018 conference will take place in Kuwait City, Arraya Ballroom, on October 8 -9.
What is the Ideathon competition?
The Ideathon competition aims to promote innovation and entrepreneurship at its earliest stage: turning bright ideas into functional products. It runs as a series of rapid back-to-back presentations, were selected entrepreneurs get 2 minutes in the spotlight to showcase their ideas. Winners receive $2,500, $1,500, and $1,000 respectively, as a seed grant to help them kick-start their business, while great ideas receive the attention of investors, incubators, and other developers interested in making the project into reality.
What is the Startup Battle competition?
The Startup Battle competition aims to support early-stage startups from across the region and help them grow their businesses. Each selected entrepreneur is allowed 5 minutes on-stage to showcase their product and convince the audience and judges of its strong market potential, effective business model and socio-economic potential impact. Finalists and runners-up receive an exhibition space for the duration of the conference, where they can network with investors, developers, executives, and the media, and build the relationships they need to help them expand their business. Winners get to compete at the Startup Regional Championship in Dubai and go global.
What is the TechFair?
The TechFair is the accompanying exhibition to the Arabnet Kuwait conference, featuring over 40+ exhibitors from around the region and the world. Leading companies and promising startups showcase their best, as 1000+ exclusive attendees mingle, connect and discover the latest trends, applications and technologies.

What is the Digital Showcase?
The Digital Showcase is the most comprehensive convergence of young digital enterprises in the Middle East. It is an opportunity for young companies that already have a structured product offering and good market traction, to build relationships with big clients and strategic partners in Dubai - the region’s most important digital market.
What language is the conference conducted in?
Arabnet Kuwait is conducted entirely in English.

- The cost of attending Arabnet Kuwait increases as the event approaches. The sooner you register and pay, the lower the fees. You may view the rates here. (Link to registration page)

Early Bird Registration Rates:
- Early Bird Registration is open from 3rd of July till 14th of August.
- Regular Rates:
- Regular Rate Registration is open from 15th August till 23th of September.
- Late Bird Rates:
- Late Bird Rates will be open from 24th of September till 7th of October.
- On-site Rates:
- 8-9 October, on-site fees apply to all registrations. Take advantage of reduced rates by registering prior to this date.
- Group Rates:
- Groups of 5+ people can register together in order to benefit from a 15% discount on their individual participation fees.
- Groups of 8+ people can register together in order to benefit from a 20% discount on their individual participation fees.
Can I choose which days of Arabnet Kuwait 2018 to attend?
Registration includes access to both event days, October 8-9.

Promo Codes
Promo Codes are unique codes provided by Arabnet, that grant discounted participation fees.
If you are eligible for a discounted participation, you will receive a promo code to be entered into a designated field on the Arabnet registration page. Once you have entered your promocode, the reduced fee you are eligible for will automatically appear on the page.
May I bring a guest to Arabnet Kuwait 2018?
Arabnet Kuwait badges are valid for one person only - the one to have registered and paid in order to attend the event. Unregistered attendees may not attend.
Attendance and Refund Policy
By purchasing an Arabnet Kuwait 2018 pass, you understand and agree that:
The Arabnet team reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove a person from Arabnet Kuwait 2018, at any time and at its sole discretion, including but not limited to attendees behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- Soliciting:
- No solicitation nor selling of items/services is allowed at Arabnet Kuwait 2018. Any attendee conducting such activities will have their badge revoked.
- Swapping of Badges:
- Using the same Arabnet badge to attend Arabnet Kuwait 2018, by more than one delegate is strictly prohibited, whether at the same or during separate times. Both individuals partaking in this activity will be prohibited from re-entering ArabNet Kuwait 2018.
- Badge Replacement Policy:
- Please note that the participating delegate will be issued 1 badge only to attend Arabnet Kuwait 2018 In case of badge loss; you will be required to pay a full participation fee in order to replace it. If your badge is damaged however, we are happy to exchange it with a new one.
- Refunds:
- There is a handling fee of $50 for refunds, regardless of registration categories. Arabnet does not offer returns or refunds for Arabnet Kuwait 2018 post September 9, 2018.
