Social Recruitment Service Jobatics Launches Beta Version
Jobatics.com, a new recruitment service that promises to help employers “find and recruit the right staff, in the right time with the right budget,” has launched its beta version.
In an already crowded regional online recruitment industry, Jobatics is differentiates itself on the social dimension utilising a number of social features to improve and facilitate the recruitment process. Founder Mr. Abdullah Al-Dakheel states: “Social media is not about using Twitter & Facebook, it’s about being people-centered and giving back to people, that is why our platform is called social recruitment.”
So what makes Jobatics a “social recruitment” service?
First, it’s a social enterprise. Jobatics promises to donate a percentage of its revenues to fund educational projects.
Second, “1-Click Social Recruiting.” Using the integrated social networks distribution feature, employers can spread their offers on various social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube.
Third, “Social Profiles.” Social networks are integrated with the applicants’ profiles and resumes so that employers can easily check the applicants’ social history. Additionally, job seekers can login using their Facebook & LinkedIn profiles and import their data into their resumes with just a few clicks.
